The Select program is an extension of the TMBA House League. The program offers enhanced development and competition. Tryouts are required and will take place in early May upon completion of Travel tryouts. Select players will, first and foremost, be committed to their respected House League team. the Select team will operate around the House League schedule. In addition to local competition, parents and players should be prepared for tournament play, which may require out of town accommodation. As a member of SOBA (Select Ontario Baseball Association), TMBA’s Select teams have the opportunity to represent Tecumseh at the provincial level. There are several SOBA tournaments running throughout the summer that our teams will have the opportunity to enter if they so choose. The SOBA provincial championships traditionally take place over the Labour Day Weekend.
